After a long wait the moment has finally come for players born in 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998, 1997 and 1996 to show themselves in a series of friendly matches and an important tournament in Italy.

Extra Effort, Great Result
Hi Guys,
I was coaching the 99 and 2000 team last Saturday and to be honest I did not expect this team to play as well as it did - especially after only 2 months training with the Academy . We were short one player and as a result we had to change our system of play.
Everybody pushed themselves hard and started to understand how much effort they have to put into the game if you do not want to lose. After the game I had to congratulate all the players because they followed all my tactics and suggestions. The final score was 2-2 with Michael Van Walsum scoring twice and all the team playing a good game.
It's really important that players inform me as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a ANY match so that I can make the necessary changes to the formation. I also noticed that some players didn't have everything they needed for the match - please don't forget to take responsibility to prepare properly before every game and to arrive well prepared.
