- Football boots - comfortable and a good fit. Blisters hurt - let's avoid them
- Easily removeable shin pads
- Indoor shoes - in case of stormy weather.
- Rain Jacket. Trainings will continue in wet weather. Only lightning prevents play.
- Hat. An invaluable protection against all types of weather.
- Swimmers, towel, thongs, goggles. Please check each day these items are not wet.
- Clean change of clothes. In the event of injury or sickness, boys need something clean and dry to change into
- Plastic bag for wet and dirty items.
- Lunch. Please aim to include fresh fruit as after lots of running boys are thirsty and have a dry mouth.
- Drinks in a labelled bottle. An esky and ice will be provided to keep drinks fresh.
